She was predeceased by: her parents, Esten L. Epling and Juanita Simmons Epling; her former husbands, Charles "Buck" Snider and James Cumberledge; her son Mike Snider; her siblings, Joy, Grace and Stanley Epling; her daughter-in-law Sue Snider; and her granddaughter Amy Schaffer.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Buchanan; her sons, Steve Snider of Parkersburg and Mark Snider (Mary) of Vienna; her grandchildren, Josh, Shane, Adam Snider, Valerie Robinson and Christina Wigal; her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Brooklyn, Paxton, Porter, Tiffany and Christopher; and her siblings, Steve Epling of Elizabeth, Janet of Spencer and Shirley of Spencer.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lambert Tatman Funeral Home (2333 Pike St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
