He is survived by : his sister Debra Neptune (Marvin) of Elizabeth, WV; his nephews, Donavin and Daniel Neptune; his niece Jessica Townsend; his great-niece Danica Neptune; his sisters, Tammy Morrow (Paul) of Palestine, WV and Barbara VanDyke (Joey) of Christiansburg, VA.; and his friend Debbie Campbell.
