He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson B. Winters and Ada Loraine Hall Winters; his wife Betty L. Winters; and his brother Paul W. Winters. He is survived by: his daughters, Janet Spaur (David) of Mineral Wells, WV, Anita Hoover (Scott) of Elizabeth, WV and Lisa Pollard (Charlie) of Edmond, OK; his grandchildren, Beth Schwendeman (Josh) of Lowell, OH, Matt Spaur (Lindsay) of Parkersburg, Brian Crouser (Michelle) of Mancos, CO, Chad Crouser (Brooke) of Williamstown, WV, Michael Fulmer (Kelsey) of Edmond, OK and Austin Fulmer (Danielle) of Edmond, OK; and his great grandchildren, Miles Fulmer, Sadie Fulmer, Harper Spaur and Wesley Spaur. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
