He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlen Alltop and Hazel Reed Alltop; his brother Hugh; and his brothers-in-law, James Gill and Ray Riggins.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Flesher Alltop; his daughters, Ginger Clarke (Gregg), Christy Alltop (Shannon) and Megan Holbert (Ryan); his granddaughters, Ella Clarke, Maggie Clarke, Sydney Holbert and Skylar Holbert; his siblings, Nedra Riggins (Jesse), Robert Alltop (Mary) and Nelda Gill; and his sister-in-law Beth Alltop.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Wirt County High School Boys Basketball.
