With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frederick E. Evans of Elk Garden, West Virginia, born in Oakland, Maryland, who passed away on December 7, 2022 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Lester B. Evans and Mildred Roderick (VanMeter); his stepfather Daryl Roderick; and his brother Daryl Roderick. He is survived by : his wife Debra Kay Evans (Wittman); his sons, Jason Evans of Fort Ashby, WV, Jeremy Evans (Tammy Keller) of Keyser, WV and Kevin Evans (Amy Dixon) of Elk Garden; his grandchildren, Jordan, Makenna, Miea Evans, Angel Roy and Ivory Moore; and his brothers, Bernard Evans (Linda) of Elk Garden and Paul Evans (Debbie) of Elk Garden.
