It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Wallace Conrad of Elkins, West Virginia, who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Colonel Herman Andrew and Betty Jean Simon Conrad. He is survived by: his siblings, William Conrad (Lauris) of Turlock, CA, Jerry Daniel Simon (Carrie) of Akron, OH, Michael K. Simon (Allicen) of Elkins, Suzanne Grazier of Tampa, FL and Lori Robinson Haines of Nashville, TN; and his close friend Traci Busch of Elkins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews, friends; and his beloved cat.
The family suggests that expressions of sympathy be in the form of contributions to the First United Methodist Church, 315 Kerens Avenue, Elkins, WV 26241.
