He is survived by: his son Thomas "Tommy" Harper of Alpena; his granddaughters, Brittany Harper (Chuck) and Holly Harper (Kriss); his great grandchildren, Justin and Kolton; and his pets, Jack and Missy.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tomblyn Funeral Home (45 Randolph Ave, Elkins, WV 26241). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
