He is survived by: his daughter Vanessa Carr (Leroy) of Elkins; his stepson Jeffrey Thomas McLaughlin; his siblings, Ronald Lee Pingley (Janie) of Beverly and Linda Lemley (Chris); and his grandchildren, Nicholas Ray Carr of Elkins and Jordan McLaughlin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
