She is survived by: her children, Dakota Paige Canfield (Jennifer Jones), Luke, Jayden Ball of Proctorville, OH, Samantha Kelsey Canfield, Landon Wayne Collett of Clarksburg and Hunter Elisa Canfield (Kyle Miller); her grandchild Adalynn Miller of Woodstock, VA; the father of her children Timothy Howard Canfield of Sugarlands; her siblings, Carol Ann Watson of Parsons, Lester Glenn Fowler of Houston, TX, William Douglas Fowler (Chelly) of Hampton, VA and Ralph Edward "Eddie" Fowler (Tiffany) of Hendricks; her caregiver Donna Kuhn of Elkins; and her pet Daisy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
