She is survived by: her husband Allen D Grafton; her son Patrick (Nicole); her grandchildren, Cohen, Anderson and Elizabeth Jane; her son Matthew (Alexandra); her grandchildren, Parker, Camden, Jaime and Owen Louise; her children, Finley and Lila Kate; her brother Patrick (Jinju); and her nephews, Isaiah (Christina) and Adam (Ashley). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
