She is survived by: her husband Stephen Gene Cade; her son Joseph Cade (Sandra Van Densen) of San Diego, CA; her granddaughter Jacqueline Van Densen; and her siblings, David Collins, Crystal Collins, Mega Collins and Paula Blankenship.
