Constance Varner Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2022, at the age of 92, Constance Varner of Elkins, West Virginia, born in Junior, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Constance Varner to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eustace "Tubie" Phillips and Virginia Dare McCaughey Phillips; and her husband Alfred Cameron Varner. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Lynne Varner of Elkins and Jeff C. Varner of Elkins; and her siblings, Robert "Sut" Phillips (Ruth) of Belington and Charlotte Canfield of LaGrange, Ohio.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
