He is survived by: his son Roger Dale Kisner (Amber) of Junior, WV.; his grandchildren, Paislee, Brentlee, Mathias Kisner of Junior, Destiny and Dakota Odgen of Buckhannon; and his siblings, Wanda June Harper of Montrose, Katherine Louise Hamri (Elkins), Roberta Mae Kalar of Montrose, Theresa Carol Lloyd of Hamilton, Bonnie Gail Ratliff of Montrose, Linda Sue Williams of Mt. Airy, N. C., Sandra Kay Bennett of Montrose, Mary Ann Howell of Elkins, Brenice "Bunk" Kisner of Montrose and Richard Eugene Kisner of Elkins.
