She was predeceased by: her parents, Ottis White and Wilma White (Mullenax); her husband Earl Arbogast; her son Alfred Lemual; and her granddaughter Brooke.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Lynn Arbogast of Elkins, WV, Karen Denise Hammond of Elkins, WV and Douglas Earl Arbogast (Mary) of Fredericksburg, VA; her siblings, Alice Moyers of Bartow, WV, Lois Alt of Old Fields, WV and Arnold White of Sugar Grove, WV; and her grandchildren, Brian, Brett, Nicholas, Braden and Allysun. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home (826 Blue Gray Trail, Franklin, WV 26807). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
