She is survived by: her husband Steven Hoover; her stepdaughter Stephanie Redden; her siblings, Joe Scott of Thomas and Idella Scott of Thomas; her sister-in-law Pamela Scott of Thomas; and her siblings' children, Sarah Paugh and Tom Scott Jr..
