He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Gene Tenney and Norma Jean Campbell (Spotloe); his wife Linda Kay Taylor; and his siblings, Diana Sue Varner (Tenney) and Danny G. Tenney.
He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Brooke Estep (David Estep); and his grandchildren, Zachary Estep of Morgantown, Anna Estep of Morgantown and Eli Estep of Morgantown.
