She was predeceased by: her parents, James Richard Stalnaker and Ruth Sponaugle Stalnaker; her husband Warren Riddlebarger; and her brother James Stalnaker. She is survived by: her children, Samuel John Joseph Loria of Kingwood, WV, Steven Paul Austin of Frederick and Ruth Angela Loria of Elkins; and her brother Fonso Stalnaker of Fairmont, WV.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Elkins Family Worship Center (1402 Taylor Ave, Elkins, WV 26241). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Worship Center (1402 Taylor Ave, Elkins, WV 26241).
The family request contributions be made to the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge, 636 W. Lexington St., Baltimore, Md 21201 in memory of Debbie.
