He is survived by: his spouse Gayle Paul Moore; his daughter Shelley Seibert; his brother Robert Moore (Joyce) of Morgantown, WV; his grandchildren, Steven Seibert, Samantha Milbourne of Morgantown, WV and Olivia Seibert of Lexington, KY; his sister-in-law Neva Georgeson (Robert "Popey" Georgeson); and his caregiver Gary Moats.
