She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard H. Paul and Mildred Landis Paul; her husband Richard W. "Dick" Moore; her son Mark Moore; and her siblings, Neva Georgeson, Richard Paul (Nancy) and Charles Paul (Alene).
She is survived by: her daughter Shelley Seibert of Elkins; her grandchildren, Steven Seibert, Samantha Milbourne of Morgantown, WV and Olivia Seibert of Lexington, KY; her brothers-in-law, Robert "Popey" Georgeson and Robert Moore (Joyce) of Morgantown, WV; and her friend Gary Moats.
