She is survived by: her children, Michael E. Howell, British Columbia and Kristie L. Stalnaker of Elkins; her siblings, Bobby Lee Swecker of Junior, WV and Betty Jean Neff of Evans, GA; her granddaughter Samantha Watkins (Derek); and her great grandchildren, Kylie Howell (Kyle Whetzel) and Lillian.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tomblyn Funeral Home (45 Randolph Ave, Elkins, WV 26241). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
