He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Rodgers (Becky); his children, Tamara Blackley (Richard Paiz) and Kevin Blackley (Leah); his grandchildren, Kelsey Paiz Mayeda (Matthew), Joseph Paiz, Erin Blackley and Sarah Blackley; and his great grandchild Malcolm Mayeda.
