It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Margaret Enlow Hankey of Elkins, West Virginia, born in Kerens, West Virginia, who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen VanBuren Enlow and Florence Stalnaker Enlow; her husband Darrel C. Hankey; and her siblings, Darl Enlow, Paul Enlow, Aline Enlow, Elma Beal Sckmachtenberger, Pauline Curtis, Anna Grace Elsey and Alda Murphy.
She is survived by: her son Roger D. Hankey of Elkins; and her sibling's children, Margaret Ann Heasley of DuPont City, WV, Ruth Teter Brown, Joan Wimer of Harrisonburg, VA, Delaine Furst, Vera Beach, David Murphy (Thomas Curtis) of Cross Lane, WV and Port St. Lucie.
The family suggests that expressions of sympathy be in the form of contributions to the Woodford Memorial United Methodist Church, 113 First Street, Elkins, WV. 26241.
