We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2025, at the age of 81, Jacqueline Jean Sleeman of Elkins, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Rowe, Sr. and Margaret Price Rowe; her husband James Allen Sleeman; her son James Michael Sleeman; her grandson Christopher M. Mussi; and her brother Herman Rowe, Jr. (Judy).
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula J. Harris (Brad) of Gilman and Lisa A. Mussi of Elkins; her grandsons, Mark Harris (Kaela) of Elkins and Nick Harris of Elkins; her great grandchildren, Aria and Aliyah Harris; and her siblings, Tom Rowe (Sue) of Montrose, Bill Rowe (Reba) of Montrose, Patricia Long of Elkins, Eloise Wilson of Elkins and Barbara Rowe of Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home - Elkins (120 1st St, Elkins, WV 26241). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
