He was predeceased by: his parents, Olen Ward Lutz and Norma Lee Haddix Lutz. He is survived by: his sisters, Sheila Lininger (Ken) of Mineral and Kathy Mathis (Johnny) of Mineral; his nephews, Christopher Felton, Shiloh Felton, Jack Culotta III and Kiley Culotta; and his close friends, Pat, Gary Miller, Gary Moats and Larry Waldron.
