She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Talbott, Jr.; her children, Teresa Shields (David), David Skidmore (Karen) and Brian Skidmore (Kristie); her sisters, Gloria Miller and Kathy Moore; her sisters-in-law, Christina Shelton, Sharon Shelton and Virginia Shelton; her grandchildren, Ashley Ryan (Matthew), Tara Koontz, Brooke Price (Josh), Zach Koontz, Elliott Shields and Ethan Shields; and her great grandchildren, Gunner Ryan, Dominic Koontz, Paisley Ryan, Novaleigh Ryan, Atlee Ryan, Randi Price and Shields Price.
