Jean Barnett leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Jean Barnett’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Jean Barnett will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Marjorie; her spouse Denver; her children, Sean Barnett (Denise) of Buckhannon and Heather Withrow (Shawn) of Hopwood, PA.; her former husband Cecil Lanham; and her mother Jean. She was also cherished by children and was a delightful, caring mother and grandmother to her eight grandchildren, as well as many other children and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tomblyn Funeral Home (45 Randolph Ave, Elkins, WV 26241). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
