He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cumberledge and Georgia A Ware Cumberlege Costello; his wife Donna Mae Cross; his stepfather Charles Costello; and his brother Marshall Costello.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra K. Young (Gary) of Beverly and Paula Lynn Huffnagel of Elkins; his granddaughters, Amy L. Huffnagel of Elkins and Kaci R. Jones (Chris) of Colorado; and his great grandchildren, Parker of Colorado, Andrew of Colorado and Elly of Colorado.
