She was predeceased by: her parents, James F. "Jim" Floyd and Eunice M. Watson Raines. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Leary (Sabrina) of Mannington, WV, Jerry Leary (Allen Burr) of Century, WV, James Leary of Parkersburg, WV, Steven Filler of Louisiana and Samantha Healey Vandevender (Cody) of Montrose; her siblings, Ed Floyd of Elkins, Danny Raines of Mill Creek and Hazel Raines of Ona, WV; her grandchildren, Braeden, Chelsea, Skylar, Jason and Tiffany; and her great grandchild Klailea Brooke.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Randolph County Humane Society, P. O. Box 785, Elkins, WV 26241 in memory of Joyce.
