He is survived by: his children, Junior Ray, Bishoff, Jr. (Lynn) of Spencer and Sabrina Lou Bolton (Roger) of Elkins; his sisters, Freda Smith of Bruceton Mills and Maxine Ringer of Point Marion, PA; his grandchildren, Joshua Ray Bishoff (Cassie), Amanda Lynn Cottrill (Brad), Katlyn Brooke Dye (Brandon) and Alaina Rae Beeson-Bertelli (Jason); and his great grandchildren, Ethan Cottrill (Grace), Hailey Cottrill, Brady Cottrill, Colton Bishoff, Chloe Bishoff, Bristol Dye, Connor, Thaddeus Beeson, Alessia Beeson and Eden Beeson.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home (120 1st St, Elkins, WV 26241). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
