She is survived by: her parents, Larry Bruce Cook and Carolyn Loretta Nelson Cook of Elkins; her son Devin Cook (Stephanie) of Elkins; her sisters, Loretta Bennett (Arthur) of Elkins and Karen Beam of Elkins; her grandchildren, Tyler Keefer, Samantha Sheridan, Zoey Cook and Carson Cook; and her close friends, Robin Darling and Chris Simmons. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
