Howell; her siblings, Eugene, Oreste Leombruno, Jeanette Leombruno Dumire and Gina Leombruno; her son-in-law Charles "Chongo" Skidmore; and her siblings-in-law, Betty, Ann Leombruno and Gorman Dumire.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Howell Skidmore of Elkins; her nieces and nephews, Mike Leombruno, Oreste "Spike" Leombruno Jr. (Connie) of Morgantown, James "Jimmy" Leombruno (Kathy) of Elkins, Theresa Leombruno Turner (Mike) of Sulmona, Italy and Janet Leombruno Silvers of Cortland; her sister-in-law Wilma Leombruno of Elkins; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Cortney Leombruno Sisler, Nicole Leombruno Bennetta, Anthony, Eve, Nicholas, Mikayla, Zachary, Griffen Leombruno, Ross Turner, Brian Silvers and Colleen Garcia; and her pets, Francine and Annie. She is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews, and many friends.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Brendan Catholic Church, Rt. 4, Box 515, Elkins, WV 26241 in memory of Libretta Howell.
