He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Magdalene Joan "Maggie" Silvester; his children, Anita Marie "NeNe" DeMotto Barb (Lorren Hugh "Hughie" DeMotto, II) of Kerens and Michael Bruce "Mikey" DeMotto (Lorrie) of Elkins; his grandchildren, Nicholas "Nick" Barb (Courtney) of Parsons, Jacob "Jake" DeMotto of Elkins, Bretsel "Bret" DeMotto, Adam Barb, Emily DeMotto of Elkins and Mikaela DeMotto (Joel Slabe) of Crab Orchard; his great grandchildren, Lucas "Luke" Barb of Parsons, Beau Barb of Parsons and Jack Barb of Parsons; and his siblings, Helen "Midge" DeMotto Silvester of Elkins, Frances Ann DeMotto, John Smith (Sherrie) of Parsons and Wayne C. Smith (Mary Jane).
