She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Carlson and Emma Carlson; her spouse Dorsey Dick; her son Steven Dick; her brothers, Joe "Joe Bob" (Annalee), Christopher "Buck", Keith and Allen; and her brothers-in-law, William Metheny and Thurman Chewning (Mona).
She is survived by: her sons, David (Kim) of Elkins and Mark (Cheryl) of Manassas, VA; her grandchildren, Angela Howell (Donnie) of Elkins, Allen Dick (Amy) of Elkins, Gabrielle Seiger (Zach) of Manassas, VA and Daniel Seiger (Mia) of Lake Anna, VA.; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Mason of Elkins, Paitynn, Nahla, Charlotte of Lake Anna, VA, James, Juliahna and Micah of Manassas, VA; and her sisters, Coryless Metheny of Elkins, Cydell (Frank Palavido) and Barbara "Bobbie" Cutright of Kerens. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
