It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Etta Peacock of Elkins, West Virginia, born in Winona, West Virginia, who passed away on May 7, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Merriel Peacock; her daughter Karen Linzalone; her parents, Granvil Stokley and Ida Stokley; her siblings, Roy Stokley (Mary Alice), Jimmy Stokley (Edna), Basil Stokley (Jean), Shirley Branch (Edward) and Clara Lucile Stokley; her grandson Ronald Peacock II; and her great grandchild Jacob Kidd.
She is survived by: her children, David Peacock (Debbie) of Knoxville, TN, Ronald Peacock (Brenda) of Bunker Hill, WV and Teresa Brewster (Allen) of Elkins; and her son-in-law Pat Linzalone. She is also survived by Nine grandchildren, Fifteen great-grandchildren, And three great-great-grandchildren.
