He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Cooper Marks and Margaret Francis Green Marks; and his wife Kay Ann Tibbs. He is survived by: his children, Lewis Marks (Sarah) of Valley Head, WV, Margaret Marks of Elkins, WV and Rebecca Marks (Randy Howell) of Elkins, WV; his sister Mable Marks of Elkins, WV; and his grandchildren, Mozella Marks, Jada Marks, Allen Marks, Randal Marks, Lucian Marks, Xavia Marks and Erich Trickett. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
