It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pauline Sandra Lewis of Elkins, West Virginia, who passed away on May 11, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Spencer Lewis and Eva Nan Simmons Lewis; her siblings, W. Richard Lewis, Dan J. Lewis, Shirley Geneva Coontz and Edna Marie Wentz; her niece Christina Fay Wentz; and her nephew Kelvin Dewayne Wentz.
She is survived by: her daughter Judith Gay "Judy" Booth (Terry) of Philippi; her brothers, Don Eddie Lewis and Jim S. Lewis (Lois) of Philippi; her grandchildren, Chad Michael Booth (Amanda) of Philippi and Ryan Scott Booth (Heather Meadows) of Valley Bend; and her great grandchildren, Ashley Alexis Booth, Brealeigh Noel Booth and Knox Theodore Booth.
