He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bulah and Nellie Davis Bennett; his wife Bertha Clay; and his siblings, Keith, Richard Bennett, Rosalee Gibson and Josie Wamsley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ralph Bennett (Barbara) of Elkins, Denver Bennett (Violet) of Stafford, VA and Nellie McCallister of Elkins; and his caregiver Anna Jane Hedrick of Elkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
