With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Rebecca J. Collins of Elkins, West Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Mason and June Reynolds Mason; her sons, Danny Collins and Gabe Collins; and her brother Bob Mason.
She is survived by: her daughter Rachel McCart of Puyallup, WA; and her granddaughters, Holly Collins of Elkins and Cindy Arbogast of Mill Creek.
