He is survived by: his wife Virginia Marie "Jenny" Pingley; his children, Charles Allen Pyles (Jana) of Mannington and Cynthia Elaine Jack (Daniel) of Prestonsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Kirkland Charles Pyles of Erie, PA, Logan Chase Arbogast of Prestonsburg, KY, Jenifer Marie McCoy of Elkins and Courtney Rennee McCoy of Elkins; his great grandchildren, Abby Taylor and T. J. Taylor; his siblings, Marion Pyles (Betty) of Erlanger, KY, Geneva "Sue" Walters of Canton, OH and Luwana Smith (Jim) of Elkins; his aunt Helen Stalnaker of Beverly; and his pets, Thena and Bruno.
