She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Beal and Elma Beal; her spouse Glenn Teter; her siblings, Richard Beal and Jane Beal; and her aunts, Alda and Hazel.
She is survived by: her son Sam (Ann) of Bridgewater, Virginia.; her grandchild Glenn Ashton Teter (Rachel); her great grandchildren, Alex and Scout of Galway; her stepchildren, Mary Smiephowski (Garth) of Avon Park, Florida, Steve Brown (Diane) of Holland and Stan Brown (Deborah) of Maineville, Ohio; her sister Joan Wimer of Harrisonburg; and her cousins, Marg Heasley and David Murphy (Roberta). She is also survived by nine step-grandchildren; and 27 step-great-grandchildren.
