We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Sandra Ann Marshall of Elkins, West Virginia, born in Bonne Terre, Missouri. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Marshall and Rose Mary Marshall of Elkins; and her sister Catherine Marshall Fidler (Katie) of Shepherdstown, WV.. She is survived by: her siblings, Art (Mary Marshall), John (Sheila Marshall), Sally Marshall Fidler (Cory Fidler) and Paul Marshall of Lubbock, Texas; and her friends, Rob and Carol Whetzel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Randolph County Humane Society, P. O. Box 785, Elkins, WV 26241.

“I am now driving through WV on my way through on August 23 I texted Sandy passing Cheat Lake reminding her of the antique shows we participated in and the fun times we had. All the years I knew her back to Escanaba and her working at the Fair Store. Sharing the shop with her in Elkins. Now as I continue to travel home I do so with a broken heart with this shocking news. Even though our friendship vine grew thin over the years my love for her never dwindled. Brian Tanguay”
