She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Skidmore and Edith Hughes Skidmore; and her siblings, Dale, Marie, David and Ronal.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Karlen (Susan) of Elkins, Schell Hopwood (Kurt) of Elkins and Scott Karlen (Lisa) of Elkins; her grandchildren, Jima Karlen (Jon), Amber Gainer (Cody), Kollin Hopwood (Katie), Karli Harlan (Cole), Alec Karlen (Hunter), Isabella Karlen (Ben) and Hudson; her great grandchildren, Andi, Karder, Max, Woods and Kooper; her siblings, Jack Skidmore (Linda) and Geraldine Davis; and her niece Barbara Meganthaler. She is also survived by sister, and several nieces and nephews.
