She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah James Webb (Deacon Raymond Godwin) and Ollie Norman Webb; her husband Sam Severino, Jr.; and her siblings, Lawrence Webb, Brooks Webb, James Webb, Ben Webb, Christine Balock and Bernice Hinkle.
She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Severino (Carl Maxwell) of Charleston, Sam Severino (Becky) of Elkins, Jeff Severino (Janet Antolini) of Pataskala, Tim Severino (Julie) of Mechanicsburg, PA and Jim Severino (Lisa) of Elkins; her granddaughter Justine McCray (Nathan); her great grandchildren, Lochlan and Breccan of Hurricane, WV; her grandson Anthony Severino (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Nico and Ivie of Elkins; her grandson Christopher Severino (Kate-Lynn); her great grandchild Rocco of Fairbanks; her grandchildren, Connor Severino (Aspen Sulte) of Valdosta, Georgia and Michael Severino (Amy); her great grandchild Dante of Baltimore, MD; her granddaughter Angela Walczak (Sam); her great grandchild Lily Justine of Baltimore, MD; and her grandchildren, Joseph Severino of Charleston and Alyssa Severino of Fort Lauderdale, FL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and a very devoted group of friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home (120 1st St, Elkins, WV 26241). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
The family suggest that expressions of sympathy be in the form of contributions to the Holy Rosary Guild at Saint Brendan Church, 181 St. Brendan Way, Elkins, WV 26241.
