Abby Lynn Neeley Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Abby Lynn Neeley of Elkview, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 6, 2025 at the age of 38. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Phil, Patsy Conley and Lola B. Todd; and her uncle Jeffrey Lynn Todd. She is survived by: her parents, James "Mike" Todd (Kathy Bucks) and Kathy Conley Todd-Williams (Jim); her children, Ruby Neeley (Barrett Neeley), Kati Bucks and Patrick Bucks; her stepsiblings, Aimee Williams Butcher (Nathan), J. Paul Williams (Heather) and Luke A. Williams (Christy); her parents-in-law, Libby and Joe Neeley; her brother-in-law Brandon Neeley; Garrett (Brynn), Warren, J. T., Zach, Eric, Tanner (Ally), Crew, Emily and Mickie. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Summersville Baptist Church (422 Main St, Summersville, WV 26651).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to your local animal shelter in memory of Abby and her love of animals.
