She is survived by: her sister Corliss Breeden; her daughter Faye; her son-in-law Brian Shafer of Frame; her son Jack Alex of Elkview; her grandchildren, Billy (Rachel) of Cleveland, Ohio and Cristina (Jamin) of Scott Depot; her son Jerry Gaylor; and her great grandchildren, Rhiana, Tristan, Taylor, Alex, Cole, Carson, Cadence and Caige.
