She is survived by: her husband Ira; her child Dani Woolwine (Tarquin Katis); her grandchildren, Henry and Helen; her daughter Tori Henry (Jason); her grandchildren, Jackson and Katis; her daughter Heidi Starr (Randy McNeal); her grandchildren, Tristan and Donovan; her daughter Heather Starr (Keo Sengsavang); her sister Anna Tipton; her brother-in-law Randy; her goddaughter Tiffany Anaya; her stepmother Frances Goad; her siblings, David Goad (Allison) and Tammy Moses; and also Isaiah. She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
