Brenda J. Brown Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Brenda J. Brown of Elkview, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 8, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, let us honor Brenda's memory by embracing the beauty of each fleeting moment, knowing that her spirit resides in the eternal tapestry of existence, forever woven into the fabric of our hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmar Summerfield and Gardenia Summerfield; and her brother William Summerfield. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Brown; her daughter Wendi Brown; her grandchildren, Craig Hoover (Chrissy) and Cheyenne Hoover; and her sister Gigi Parsons. She is also survived by four great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hafer Funeral Home (50 N Pinch Rd, Elkview, WV 25071). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Shriners Children Hospital.
