She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Thompson and Jessie Thompson; and her sibling Christie Jo. She is survived by: her husband John Shultz; her daughter Brittany Burford (McKenzie) of Fayetteville; her sister Cherie Miller (Donnie) of Indiana; and her grandchildren, Creed Ramsey and Ryker Ramsey.
