She is survived by: her parents, Danny Lee and Peggy Sue Paxton Starcher; her sons, Riley Williams, Allen "Trey" Mitchell, III and Cody Mitchell; her fiancé Timothy Leach; and her brother Joshua Starcher (Leah).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the John H. Taylor Funeral Home (406 Market St, Spencer, WV 25276). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
