It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Robert Justice of Elkview, West Virginia, who passed away on December 21, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Newman Justice, Sr. and Lola Justice; and his brother George Justice, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Fitzwater Justice; and his siblings, Howard Justice (Donna) of Sam Hurst, OH and Violet Hinamon of New Market, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
